Can I wear mascara with my lash extensions?
Yes, but avoid waterproof since it is extremely hard to remove. A light water based mascara will be recommended as well as an eye makeup remover for at home use.

How do I care for my lash extensions?
Lash extensions do not need a lot of care, but please avoid applying oils, moisturizers, and eye creams directly onto your lashes. Direct water on your lashes should be avoided for up to 24 hrs after the extensions have been applied.

Can I curl my lash extensions?
Lash extensions come pre‐curled so there is no need to use your eyelash curler. If you are wanting more of a lifted look, a heated curler may be used. Please do not clamp your lashes with a traditional curler! Doing so will break the adhesive bond shortening the life of your extensions.

Can I get lash extensions if I have very few natural lashes?
Yes, although you may want to consider the end result. Lash extensions can only be applied to a single natural lash, without touching the skin. Please talk to our certified specialists in order to discuss the best option for you.

How long does my hair need to be in order to receive waxing services?
In order to achieve the best results possible, hair growth needs to be a minimum of ¼ to ½ mm long.

Can I receive waxing services if I use topical prescription acne medication?
Proir to facial waxing, please discontinue use of medication for 1 week.
